100-Year-Old Husband Clutches Dying Wife’s Hand During Final Moments Together

According to the anonymous young woman who posted the picture, the couple in the photo are her grandparents.

She writes, “My Grandma, 96, with my Grandpa, 100, hours before her death this weekend.  77 years of marriage.”

We’re so sorry for her loss, but we’re also glad that her grandmother had such a wonderful love story, and that the man behind it was by her side when she passed on.

Such a beautiful moment, and we're thankful she shared it with all of us.
