The Rochester Public Works department issued notice that 20th Street SE from 3rd Avenue SE to the Meadow Park driveway will be closed. Crews will be doing spot repairs to the concrete pavement and curb. The project also includes the replacement of sanitary manhole covers, storm manhole covers and water main replacement.

The two railroad crossings near Seneca will be replaced by CP Rail in coordination with this project as well, according to the release. That portion of the project should take about two weeks to complete and traffic will be detoured to 16th Street SE (see map).

At all other times, one lane of traffic will remain open in each direction and is expected to last into the month of June.
