    Don't Skimp on Sleep

    This is a tough one for me, and I'm sure many others as well.

    According to the Huffington post, "A recent study found that if you average less than six hours of sleep a night, you're four times more likely to catch a cold."

    Wash Your Hands a Lot!

    Germs are EVERYWHERE!! Wash your hands often and use lots of hand sanitizer.

    Exercise

    Doctor Oz says even a few jumping jacks several times a day can help strengthen your immune system.

    Sunlight!

    I know, I know, easier said than done in Minnesota, BUT vitamin D is a huge immune system support. Oz recommends 15 minutes of sunlight a day, AND a daily vitamin D supplement.
