Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Another Rochester man has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a recent child pornography investigation that led to the arrests of seven Rochester men.

53-year-old Mark Pine admitted to a single count of possession of child pornography through a plea agreement that led to the dismissal of a charge of dissemination of child pornography. He is scheduled to be sentenced July 27th.

Pine is the 5th defendant to plead guilty to charges connected to the investigation. A plea agreement involving a 6th defendant is pending, while another Rochester man is scheduled to stand trial on federal charges this summer.
