Wanna lose weight but don't wanna watch what you eat or count calories? This plan lets you eat whatever you want, making you count bites instead. Let's clarify something right away, though; you count the amount of bites, not the amount of times you chew. This diet counts each time you put food in your mouth.
Clemson University in South Carolina found men eat an average of 17 calories per bite and women eat an average of 11 calories per bite.
That doesn't mean you should just drink your dinner or only consume things you don't have to chew, even though technically you're staying true to your diet. Odds are you won't lose the lbs if you stick to suckin' down the large choco shakes...
