Guilty Plea for Assault on Boyfriend’s Ex-Girlfriend

A 28-year-old Rochester woman has admitted to a first-degree burglary charge for her involvement in an assault on her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend.

Maja Jokic was originally charged with two other felonies, including third-degree assault. Her boyfriend, 24-year-old Richard Eaton, previously pleaded guilty to a felony domestic assault charge in the case. The couple was accused of breaking into the victim’s home and attacking her in early October.

Jokic is scheduled to be sentenced on February 12th, while Eaton’s sentencing hearing is scheduled on January 8th.
