Chester's Bar and Kitchen was #4 on their list. Chester's was recently named Rochester's best restaurant by Rochester Magazine. The magazine also named Derek Jensen at Chester's the best local chef.  If you've never been to Chester's, it is located at 111 South Broadway and online at chesterskb.com. Their Rotisserie Chicken is amazing!

If you're wondering, the top spot in the state went to Mickey's Diner in St. Paul.

The diner has been serving delicious food 24-hours a day for nearly 7 decades. Mickey's was actually one of the first diners placed on the National Register of Historic Places back in 1983. If you've never been you should add Mickey's to your bucket-list.
