When heading out to the ol' ball game at CHS Field in St. Paul to watch the Saints play, you'll be happy to learn they're offering more than just peanuts and crackerjacks!

While their cross-town companions at Target Field are constantly coming up with tasty treats to draw crowds to their ballpark, the St. Paul Saints are conjuring up their own delicious eats.

On Tuesday St. Paul’s independent pro baseball team unveiled the new foods that will be for sale at CHS Field this season, with some of them reminiscent of those you'd find at the Minnesota State Fair.

Check out some of these tantalizing eats:

For instance, the Donut Dog combines a glazed donut as the bun for a hot dog and slips in some bacon and barbecue sauce, the Saints say.

If that doesn't tickle your fancy, the Pioneer Press noted these fantastic additions to the Saints menu as well:

  • A Tater Tot Hotdish Burger
  • A Blackened Fish Taco
  • The Jumpin’ Jack Flash Burger
  • A vegetarian Taco Mix Lettuce Wrap
  • Wild Rice Battered Smoked Turkey Leg
  • Deep-fried Apple Pie
  • Giant Cheese Curd Kabob With Bratwurst
  • Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Their home opener is coming up next week on Thursday, May 18. For tickets and more information, visit their website HERE.
