A stormy day expected today in southeast Minnesota

Get ready for another round of snow. A storm blowing into the state could dump 8 inches of snow in parts of Minnesota by this afternoon. Forecasters expect 3 – 6 inches in southeast Minnesota.  So far this season, Rochester has received 34 inches of snow.
