Working in retail is weird sometimes.

I've worked several jobs in retail at many different stores before I realized radio is where it's at for me. I've done everything from selling clothes, stocking shelves, to even standing in front of the store for hours on end as a greeter. Talk about boring. But I did it to pay the bills.

Also, you've heard the term "The Customer is always right", right? Well when you're in retail, that's your worst nightmare come true because people suck sometimes and will take complete advantage of that, all at your expense.

Now I'm not completely knocking retail, because you truly meet some great people and make friends for life through it too - and those are the people you lean on the most when you have those really strange days.

One guy who goes by kimpossibooty on Tumblr has provided hard evidence of this if you've never experienced retail.
