I had one of those "ah huh!!" moments when I read this story.  So you're saying I'm NOT craving ice cream JUST BECAUSE I had a bad day.  Here's a list of the most common cravings and the meaning behind them.

  • YOU CRAVE: CHOCOLATE

WHAT IT MEANS: Constant carb cravings can be a sign you’re low in the amino acid tryptophan helps your brain to make serotonin, which helps to regulate your mood.
