Angels Among Us

A 42-year-old woman passed away from cancer the week before Mother's Day.  And she left behind three kids  ages 16, 18, and 25.   Obviously they were heartbroken so as a way to cope a friend told them each to write their mom a letter and send them to heaven by attaching the notes to balloons.

The next day, a 55-year-old woman named Yvette Melton found the balloons on her front lawn, 35 miles away.  One of the letters mentioned the funeral costs so Yvette decided to help.

She brought the letters to work, raised $2,000 with her co-workers, and created a page on GoFundMe.com.

Since then, she's raised over TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS.
