Another Blast of Arctic Air

Minnesota is headed back into the “deep freeze” for a few days.

A mass of arctic air will impact much of the U.S. and is forecast to bring sub-zero cold to this region for the next three nights. The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for the entire state through noon Wednesday because of wind chills that are predicted to hit -30 or colder as the temperature drops to between five and 10 below zero Wednesday morning.

The mercury will struggle to reach zero during the day and readings in the teens below zero are expected Thursday morning.
