Rochester area residents and visitors endured a second straight day of record-setting cold Tuesday. The unofficial high temperature at the Rochester Airport was only 15-degree, which set a new record for the coldest high-temperature on November 18th. Monday’s high of only 11-degrees was also a new record for the coldest high-temperature for that date.

The low temperature Tuesday morning was 3-degrees. That wasn’t cold enough to set a record, but it was the coldest reading in Rochester since March 3rd when the mercury bottomed out at -14.
