Dr. Kenneth Koch, the head of gastroenterology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina, says your "number two" routine might be wrong.

The doctor was featured in an article on metro.co.uk and said your body spends the entire night processing food and is ready to get rid of it first thing in the morning.
