Austin Price Wars: Minnesota Vs Texas

Which Austin would you rather live in? The small Spam city in Minnesota, or the capital of Texas? I expected to get a lot more bang for my buck for a house in Austin, MN, but surprisingly, the houses are fairly comparable. Check it out.

A much smaller lot, but still a nice yard and it's fenced in. It's a newer, but smaller house built in 2011 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This charming little house with great curb appeal is also listed on Zillow for $250,000.
