Authorities in Dakota County are seeking the public's help in identifying a body that was found on Saturday evening in a rural area near Hastings.Officials say the remains are from a Caucasian or possibly native American woman in her late 20s or early 30s. She was around 5 foot 7, weighed about 190 pounds, and had reddish hair with blonde highlights along with what were described is vibrant white teeth.

Investigators also reported she was wearing starfish shaped jewel encrusted earrings and had a vine-shaped tattoo in blue ink across her lower back. The body was discovered by a private landowner, and Dakota County officials say it appears it had been there less than 36 hours. An autopsy was ordered to determine the cause of death.
