Nelson Shanks is the artist who painted Bill Clinton's official presidential portrait, for the National Portrait Gallery. He's now admitting to secretly hiding a reference to Monica Lewinsky in the painting.  Look to the left of President Clinton in the painting -There's a  shadow on the wall in the shape of a dress. Shanks said, "The reality is, Clinton is probably the most famous liar of all time.  He and his administration did some very good things, of course, but I could never get this Monica thing completely out of my mind and subtly incorporated it."  Shanks says they know about the Monica reference and have tried to get the painting removed from the gallery.
