Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Students at a Rochester elementary school were evacuated earlier today while Rochester police investigated a bomb threat.

Parents were notified that the threat, in the form of an automated recording, was received by the main office at Ben Franklin Elementary School just before noon. The students were transported to nearby Mayo High School while the police department searched the school building and investigated the threat.

The all clear was sounded around 1:30 p.m. and the students were brought back to their classrooms.
