Oronoco, MN (KROC-AM News) - There was a large law enforcement presence near Oronoco yesterday as the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department searched for some burglary suspects.

State Troopers and the State Patrol helicopter joined in the manhunt until it was called off around 2 p.m. Prior to that, one of the suspects was apprehended. He has been identified as 37-year-old Robert Barnhart of Rochester. A spokesman says investigators are also looking for a woman wanted in connection with a break-in at an abandoned farm along 100 Street Northwest about a mile east of Oronoco.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the site around 10:45 a.m. after a man reported he had confronted a man and woman removing items from the home. Some of the stolen items have been recovered.
