Burnsville Man Gives Neighbor A Christmas Gift Then Steals It Back

54-year-old Alfred Joseph Guercio of Burnsville was arrested last week after he got into an argument with his neighbors about a knife set that he had given them for Christmas. He pushed his way into their home and took the knifes back. He told the arresting officers that they "did not apprectiate the knife set" and that “he was upset that she was not using the knives in the way they had agreed for her to use them."

Not sure what that means???  Maybe he was expecting a free dinner?

Alfred is looking at 10 years in prison.  Dinner would be provided.
