California Highway Patrol Recuses Dog

This picture is currently trending on facebook and twitter.  The Contra Costal division of the California Highway Patrol posted the rescue photo on Twitter saying: "This little dog needed some help off I-680 freeway today. We're glad he's safe."

It's not known how the dog got there.  He's safe now though.
