Car gets Blown Away During Mini Tornado in Taiwan

Imagine someone cuts you off, then a tornado suddenly takes them away...!

Some heavy winds following Typhoon Soudelor create a mini-tornado in Tainan City, Taiwan... This is SO real and SO SCARY!

Two things:

1) If that's a "mini" tornado, then I'd hate to see a BIG one... and

2) WHERE THE HECK DID THAT PERSON COME FROM?!
