Chafoulias Project Moves Ahead

Broadway at Center project. The Chafoulias family is proposing a 23 floor project along Broadway that would consist of a hotel, apartments and other uses.
One issue that still needs to be resolved is a skyway connection.
The city Planning Commission approved the final design last night and the City Council is tentatively scheduled to hold a public hearing on the proposed project November 17th.
