Fergus Falls, MN (KROC-AM News) - A prosecutor in western Minnesota has dismissed the charges that were brought against a Wabasha man last year.

59-year-old Timothy Solem was arraigned last August in Otter Tail County Court on three counts of criminal sexual conduct. The criminal complaint alleged he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl who worked for him in the carnival at the Traverse County Fair in Wheaton In 1990.

The charges against Solem were dismissed a week before he was scheduled to appear at an evidentiary hearing.
