Customer Finds Spider Baked into Their Cookie

ALDI is looking into a complaint from a customer that found a lucky arachnid was baked into one of their cookies...

Yep, that's a real spider that was found baked into a vanilla wafer bought from an ALDI store in New York.

Eric Sowa discovered the cookie after he bought some for his 9 year old.  Eric's wife called ALDI to complain, to which they offered her a measly $5 coupon.

As if that's going to make everything better ALDI... Please.

The company has also released a statement saying they were "sorry".  You can read it in the article provided above.

Seriously though, how scary and gross is that?!  Ugh... gives me the heebie-jeebies just thinking about it!
