Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” -- the mega-hit from the French duo's most recent full-length, Random Access Memories -- hasn’t been quite as pervasive as it was in the summer of 2013, but it re-emerged in last night’s (May 10) episode of The Simpsons.

At a school dance, Bart hesitantly busts some moves with his date to the Pharrell-helmed tune per the insistence of a teenage devil-figure who encourages him to “enter the world of body spray, wiry hair and wondering what boobs feel like.” Check it out in the video above.

The Simpsons co-creator Sam Simon -- who left the show after four seasons in 1993 -- passed away from colon cancer earlier this year. Writer Ken Levine called Simon “the real creative force behind The Simpsons.” He added, “The tone, the storytelling, the level of humor -- that was all developed on Sam’s watch.” The series is in its 26 season and Variety reports that it was recently renewed for two more.

Pharrell -- who was just added to the roster of this year's Glastonbury music festival -- has recently made headlines for another one of his 2013 summertime hits, “Blurred Lines.” Pharrell and collaborator Robin Thicke were found guilty of copyright infringement and ordered to pay $7.3 million to Marvin Gaye’s estate for lifting from the late singer’s 1977 song, “Got to Give It Up.” Pharrell and Thicke then appealed the decision back in March.
