Did a Rochester Funeral Home Cremate the Wrong Person?

A Wisconsin family has filed a lawsuit against the Rochester funeral home and the Mayo Clinic.Anthony Huber died after falling down a flight of stairs. His family says the body was to be released from the Mayo Clinic to the Talbot Funeral Home in Alma, but it was instead transferred to Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home in Rochester.

His family says his body was cremated even though they requested it to be viewed and buried in a traditional funeral.

Huber's wife told Fox 9, "Not being able to grieve, not being able to say good bye one last time, it's an awful feeling."
