Did Anybody Else in Rochester Get This Dirty Magazine in the Mail?

If so, heads up, this is NOT family friendly!! It looks like just another innocent magazine - Wait until you flip to page 40. I recorded my co-workers reactions! Watch... 

I did NOT sign up for this magazine. My initial reaction (all honesty) - I thought my mother-in-law left it at our house, or it was mailed to me on accident. The first few pages are all comfortable shoes and insoles. At that point I'm thinking, since I had foot surgery apparently I'm now on this mailing list. I let my co-workers flip through the magazine as I did. At first they thought the same thing, why are you (29 year old Samm) getting a magazine that is clearly for elderly women?
