Did Ed Sheeran Rip Off ANOTHER Song?

Ed Sheeran is still currently fighting a claim that his song Thinking Out Loud is a rip off of a Marvin Gaye classic. Now, two men are claiming he stole their song too. Listen to the similarities, and tell us what you think. 

The copyright lawsuit claims Sheeran copied the song "Amazing" and turned it into his popular his "Photograph". The allegations were made via Youtube awhile back, but it sounds the seriousness of the claims have turned into a lawsuit. Here's the video:

By the way, six years before "Photograph", "Amazing" was performed by Matt Cardle, who was the winner of the 2010 season of "The X Factor". Coincidence or totally stolen? You be the judge.
