Did “Friends” Invent the Mannequin Challenge 13 Years Ago?

A ton of people online are saying the show 'Friends' invented the Mannequin Challenge, but I think the credit should go to a different TV show.In Season 8 of Friends, there's a deleted scene where Rachel is trying to get her baby Emma to crawl, but she won't. Rachel thinks the baby is distracted so she tells everyone to freeze. Phoebe walks in a second later and freezes then says, "Who's painting us?"

Definitely Mannequin Challenge-ish but if you're going to credit a TV show, for inventing this internet craze, I think you need to go back even further.  All the way back to Bayside High School:
