If you bought a ticket, you made a positive impact on our community.

Numbers are still coming in but it's fair to say that this year's Empty Bowls event was a tremendous success. Barbara Schramm the Community Engagment Coordinator for Channel One says nearly 1300 people came out for soup and almost $45,000 was raised to help feed people in need.

The Channel One Regional Food Bank will use that money to provide 180,000 meals for people in need in our area communities.

That's amazing!
