(Yields one facial mask)
2 Tbsp organic canned pumpkin puree or 1 small pumpkin
1/2 tsp organic honey
1/2 tsp milkAdd the ingredients together, apply to your clean, dry face, and leave on for 20 minutes.

Butternut Squash Heel Soother
The leftovers you need:
1 large cooked and mashed Butternut squash
3 cups of whole milk
2 cups of veggie oilCombine ingredients in LARGE container (big enough for your feet), submerge feet, rinse then put socks on to seal moisture.

Apple Cinnamon Body Scrub
Apple cider isn't the only thing you can make with these yummy leftovers!
What you need:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamonCombine and apply to wet skin and rinse. Feel free to keep remaining for up to two weeks.
