The DMCC Board held a special meeting Wednesday afternoon and voted to adopt its amended articles of incorporation and bylaws. The board also approved working agreements involving the DMC Economic Development Agency and the City of Rochester. It took months to negotiate the amended agreements, which retain the Rochester City Council’s final say on DMC related infrastructure projects and the DMCC budget. The organization’s inaugural budget of $8.2 million is also on the city Council agenda tonight. Most of that money will be spent developing the DMC Master plan, which is slated to be completed by the end of this year or early 2015
