Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Conditional bail has been set at $40,000 for a Rochester woman accused of threatening two family members with a butane lighter.

35-year-old Katherine Laack has been charged with four felonies, including 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats in connection with an incident late Wednesday night.

Laack was arrested after Rochester Police responded to the home where two of her family members, who are 66 and 67-years-old, reported she had threatened them with the lighter and actually started some netting on fire inside their house during a domestic dispute. The victims also told police Laack threatened to shoot them before she left their home.
