2016 is quickly coming to an end. Thanksgiving is next week, and before you know it, we'll all be sitting around the Christmas tree, then ringing in the New Year. We had a blast cheering on several Rochester-area high school football teams this year, but one of the best treats was when we get to hang out with THE Marcus Sherels. He's awesome about coming home to root on his Alma Mater, the John Marshall Rockets!

We had a special guest in studio this year - the strongest 19-year-old in the world. She is a VERY impressive young lady. We even got to watch her do squats with her brother on her shoulders!
