It doesn't get any better than watching movies under the stars, does it?

Back in college, my roommates and I would wheel our massive box-screen TV out onto our porch and throw in a DVD from time to time just so we could appreciate those hot summer nights in Winona even more. So when I see cool events like these happen in southeast Minnesota, I feel obligated to share them with you because it's truly fun to experience if you've never done it.

Mark your calendars now because starting Wednesday, June 13th, you can join Four Daughters Vineyard as they screen some of our favorite movies on site, all summer long. Their big-screen will be set up in the vineyard, and the best part is it's open to the public! Just bring your own blankets and chairs to enjoy your night outdoors.

The slate of movies include:

  • June 13th: The Wedding Singer
  • June 27th: Thor Ragnarok
  • July 11th: Pretty Woman
  • July 25th: Apollo 13
  • August 8th: Overboard
  • August 22nd: The Greatest Showman

Their outside bar will also be set up with movie snacks available. Plus, you can pre-order a pizza and have it ready to go when you arrive! NO outside food or drinks will be allowed.

In case of rain or bad weather the show will still go on as they'll simply present the movies inside in their Barrel Room.

For any questions, just email events@fourdaughtersvineyard.com or call 507-346-7300 to pre-order food for the film.
