2015 marks the 23rd anniversary of the Habitat 500 Bike ride. 120 cyclists and 33 volunteers will start their 500-mile trek through southern Minnesota on July 12th this year.

Starting in Owatonna, the ride travels through Albert Lea, Spring Valley, and Winona, before making a brief stop in La Crosse and returning to Winona.

On the morning of July 16th, the ride will continue back through Spring Valley and Kasson before ending in Owatonna on July 18th.

The ride is hosted by Habitat for Humanity of Minnesota, and helps to raise money for providing simple, decent and affordable housing for families in need.
