Expect the Coldest Conditions of Winter this Weekend

You thought last weekend was cold? Ha!  Extremely cold air returns tonight. Tonight we're expecting a low of 5 below, tomorrow we'll be lucky to get above 0, Saturday night expect a low between -15 and -20°, and Sunday's HIGH will be between -8 and -15°.

The National Weather Service in La Crosse posted the message below to their facebook page:

"The deep freeze returns for the weekend - likely the coldest conditions of the winter. Arctic air plunges south starting Saturday, sticking around into the early part of next week. The combination of the cold and wind will produce dangerous wind chills of -25 to -40 F locally, from Saturday night into Monday morning. Wind Chill Warnings & Advisories will be issued to cover the cold related dangers."
