Northfield, MN (Learfield Wire Services) - A movie production company shooting a film in Northfield is looking for extras willing to work for free in the cold weather.

Strike Accord Productions plans to shoot scenes of a Christmas fair for a movie called "The Last Love Letter" in and around Bridge Square in downtown Northfield. Anyone interested in being an extra is invited to show up between 5:30 Friday evening and 5:30 Saturday morning. The producers are asking that you where cold-weather clothing and a Santa hat or other Christmas attire.

Because there is no pay, producer Jillian Nodland says there's no checking in-and-out, and you can stay as long as you like. She also notes that if you choose to show up late at night, the crowds will be most likely be smaller, and you'll have a better chance of seeing yourself on film.
