Slayton, MN (KROC-AM News)  - There was another fatal motorcycle crash in Minnesota on Thursday.

The State patrol says a 49-year-old man was driving a motorcycle that rear ended a pickup truck when the driver slowed to make a left-hand turn off a highway in Murray County. The victim, whose name has not been released, later died from his injuries at a hospital in Slayton. The 68-year-old woman driving the pickup truck was not hurt in the crash, which occurred around 10 AM.
The Minnesota State Patrol has released the name of the young woman who was killed in a multivehicle crash that shut down the stretch of northbound I-35 in Steele County for several hours on Wednesday evening. 19-year-old Kassondra Sage of Delano was driving a PT cruiser and lost control when the car experienced a flat tire. The car went into the median and rolled, which caused the vehicle to split in two.

The State Patrol says one half of the car landed on the northbound lanes of the freeway and was struck by several other vehicles, including a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital in Owatonna with non-life threatening injuries, while the other drivers were not hurt.
