Former Rochester Mayo High Principal Arrested for Child Porn
Timothy Dorway was arrested at his home in Victoria on Tuesday on charges of possessing child pornography.
KARE 11 reports that the 44-year-old Chanhassen principal was taken into custody, following the execution of search warrants at his residence and the school where he is employed.
Chanhassen School District Superintendent Jim Bauck released a statement that said, "This news is a shock to the school and to our district. We have advised Chanhassen students not to share anything on social media. Chanhassen High School has built a reputation for excellence and we will continue to focus on our students' success."
Charges are pending.
Dorway was the principal at Mayo High School in Rochester until 2010 according to KAAL-TV.
