Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Four of the seven Rochester men charged in connection with a recent child pornography investigation have now worked out plea agreements with local prosecutors.

47-year-old Christopher DeZutter went before Olmsted County Judge Debra Jacobson Tuesday morning and entered guilty pleas to four counts of possession of child pornography. The former University of Minnesota-Rochester Chemistry Professor was originally charged with 11 counts of possession and dissemination of child pornography. The criminal complaint against DeZutter stated that evidence of child pornography was found on his personal computer and his UMR issued laptop.

He is scheduled to be sentenced July 22nd.

The cases against two other men are still pending in Olmsted County court, while 58-year-old Mark McGinley is scheduled to stand trial on federal child porn charges the summer.
