Fruechte is heading to Detroit!

Former Minnesota Gophers wide receiver, and local football hero (he played in high school for Caledonia and for RCTC before the U of MN) Isaac Fruechte has left the Vikings, after a year on the practice squad, to be a part of the Detroit Lions practice squad! Good Luck Isaac—we’ll all be rooting for you!  (I've done interviews with Isaac before and I LOVE him!  He is such a great, humble, nice guy--everything you'd expect from a small town Minnesotan boy!  I texted him on Sunday night, but I think he is too busy getting congratulated-and probably packing his bags!-to reply to all the interview requests--I'll update this if I get any quotes from him.)
