Growing Up Or Just Getting Older?

Everyone is irritated with me this week!  It's inching closer and closer to my 26th birthday, and instead of writing a countdown on the white board, I'm moping around wishing we could skip it.  Everybody that's even the slightest bit older than me thinks I'm nuts.  I highly doubt that they didn't go through this EXACT same thing a few times in their years.  I had to sign up for my own health insurance for the first time today (holy expensive).  I'm not even that bothered by that part of it.  It's the getting older, and comparing what you THOUGHT your life would be at this time, to what it actually is.  Apparently I had high hopes.  I've worked my butt off, and I have a LOT to be thankful for, but can't seem to shake this.  I'm scared for the day I turn 40..... I feel like this day was just yesterday.....
