Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man has entered into a plea agreement involving charges stemming from a shooting near the Rochester Community and Technical College campus a few days before Christmas last December.

23-year-old Bolus Dimbiti admitted to a felony count of Reckless Discharge of a Firearm in exchange for the dismissal of another felony and a gross misdemeanor charge related to the shooting on December 20th.
