Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has worked out a plea agreement with federal prosecutors in a child pornography case that also resulted in charges against 6 other men earlier this year.

58-year-old Mark McGinley went before a federal judge on Monday and admitted to a single count of production of child pornography. The charge involved the creation of sexually explicit images of a young girl. McGinley, who still faces a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge in Dodge County for allegedly sexually abusing a child, was originally indicted on 24 federal child pornography charges.

His sentencing hearing for the federal conviction has not been scheduled.

McGinley was the final defendant in the child pornography investigation to enter into a plea agreement.
