Guy Gets Stabbed With 10″ Blade And Lives!

And not only did he live, he drove to a hospital two hours away with it still stuck in his head!

This example is as close as I could find to the length of the knife in this story. This blade is 9 inches. Now, make it a chef's knife, tack on another inch and imagine it stuck in my head (it can't be the first time!). That was the scenario for Juacelo Nunes of Brazil after he was stabbed at a party. Not only did the blade embed itself it Nunes' skull, it narrowly missed his left eye, went through his mouth and came out on the other side of his jaw on the right side of his face! To make matters worse, he also suffered knife wounds to his throat, shoulder and chest.

Not only did Juacelo remember the entire thing, he stayed conscious the whole time! I guess that seemed pretty necessary considering the nearest legit hospital that could keep him alive was more than 60 miles away; a drive he made on his own!

Even though the knife cut through several veins and nerves, doctors were somehow able to remove the giant blade, which is given to police while they investigate the incident. Surprisingly, Mr. Nunes is recovering quiet well and is said to make a full recovery with only mild nerve damage.
