Hate The Boss? You’re Not Alone.

Do you dread going to work everyday because of your boss? Recent data suggests you're not alone.

Forbes Magazine published results of a Gallup survey that show 71% of workers are “not engaged” or “actively disengaged” from their work. In other words, they're miserable and they hate their job.  A different Gallup survey published by Bloomberg revealed that more than half, 51% of people, have at some point in their career quit their jobs to get away from their awful boss.
