Blair Walsh is taking a lot of heat after missing a field goal that would have given the Vikings the lead and most likely a playoff win. Immediately after the game Walsh was surrounded by media members. He took full responsibility:

“The whole thing is on me. Jeff [Locke] did his job, Kevin [McDermott] did his, I’m the only one who didn’t...these guys deserved to win and we didn’t.”

The media got their soundbite and left the kicker alone at his locker.  That's when the tears came. He started crying then sobbing. Then something cool happened...

His teammates, one by one, came over to hug and comfort him.

Football is a team game. You win as a team. You lose as a team. Props to all of the Vikings that showed support to their broken down kicker.
